Do you offer discounts?
Sometimes...! We do our best to make our prices as low and full of value as possible even without discounts. All 123Print UK products feature lots of free options that the other guys charge extra for - so there's no discounts needed!
However, we do feature special offers in our advertising from time to time. If you'd like to know about these special deals, we'd love to let you know! Just give us your email address in the box below and we'll take care of you.
Products and Pricing
What if I want to order matching designs across the products you mentioned?
You're welcome to do that! After you have selected the design, order quantity, and paper stock, you'll be given a choice of other products that offer the same design that you have chosen!
What paper stocks are available?
Depending on what product you're ordering will determine the selection of boards you have. Throughout the site you'll find products available in our standard stock (330 gsm), heavier stock (380 gsm), or recycled stock (300 gsm). We've offered many choices to help fit your aesthetic and budget needs. Just take a look!
Is everything printed in full colour?
Yes! And we actually offer raised print and foil stamped products too.
I saw that image and logo uploads are FREE! What kind of file types and sizes do you accept?
To ensure the best possible quality, please make sure that your image files meet the following criteria:
Acceptable File Formats:
  • JPEG (.jpg / .jpeg / .jpe)
  • PNG (.png)
  • Bitmap (.bmp)
  • TIFF (.tif / .tiff)
  • PDF (.pdf)
  • GIF (.gif)
Resolution:
  • 300 dpi photos are best
  • Very large (1900 pixels wide or more) 72 dpi photos are acceptable, but resizing may be limited.
File Size:
  • Images must be 10 MB or smaller.
Dimensions:
  • Images must not exceed 7800px for the width and height.
  • This maximum is for 300 dpi or smaller.
Do you offer matching envelopes with invitations and greeting cards?
Yes, and there's the option of blank and printed envelopes for invitations, and blank envelopes for greeting cards.
My Account
I've forgotten my password.
You can easily retrieve your password by going to " Account," located at the bottom of the page, and clicking the "Forgot Password" link. Submit your email and click "Retrieve Password." An email will then be generated to this address, within minutes, with your password. If this proves unsuccessful, please click on the button and we would be happy to assist you.
Is it necessary to create an account with you?
No. However, we will need you to supply your email address and other information once you've reached the shopping cart, so we can provide complete service.
How do I update my information with you?
Simply click on "Account" and enter the email address and password you used to create your 123Print UK account. You can then update or revise your email address, password, promotional email preferences, shipping and billing addresses.
Can I opt-out of promotional emails?
Sure! Just click on "Account" and enter the email address and password you used to create your 123Print UK account. You can then opt-out of promotional emails under "My Profile."
My Order
How do I check the status of my order?
You may check the status of your order by clicking "Order Status," at the bottom of the page, and providing the requested information. From there you can check the status of your order as well as quickly look at or reorder past purchases.
I'm unhappy with my recent order. What can I do?
First, we're so sorry to hear that you're unhappy with your order. We stand behind our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and urge you to send the entire product back to us, within 30 days of receiving it , with your Order Number, for an exchange or full refund. I'd like to cancel my order.
Due to the speed in which all orders are processed to make our delivery time so quick for you we are unable to make any edits or cancel orders.
I need to expedite my order.
We print most orders within 24 hours. We routinely despatch these orders via Royal Mail or DX Shipping.
How do I place a reorder?
You can place a reorder by simply clicking "Reorder," and providing the requested information. From there locate the item you intend to reorder, click on it, and then tell us if you'd like the same or wish to make any changes to it.
What are your return policy and/or guarantee?
123Print UK stands behind the quality of its products. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your product for any reason, please send the entire product back to us within 30 days of receiving it, with your Order Number, for an exchange or full refund. Order Processing
Can I get a proof before I place my order?
Definitely. Click on "View Proof," located in your shopping cart once you have added your item to the cart. The proof allows you to receive a low resolution PDF that is perfect for downloading to your computer, or printing on printer paper. You can review the image with business associates or friends, get opinions, and then place your actual order.
What is the purpose of a PDF?
A Portable Document Format (PDF) enables you to view all images in low resolution. It is ideal for downloading onto your computer, or printing onto printer paper.
Can I upload my own artwork or design?
Of course. Go ahead and upload your own artwork, logo, or photograph to any of our already existing designs absolutely free, or upload a completely unique design to our solid white products absolutely FREE.

Will someone look my order over before it is printed?
As a rule - no. As soon as you place your order it immediately goes into our production queue for printing. However, you will be able to view a final proof of what your item will print like in the shopping cart. Click on the "view proof" link under the image and that will be an image of how your file will print. If you need to make changes at that point, click on the "Edit" link to go back to the studio.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept debit and credit card transactions under VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro. We also accept PayPal.
I have questions about my billing.

How do I report a billing error?

Shipping and Delivery
Which shipping methods do you use?
Our standard method is Royal Mail or Yodel:
  • Basic: 7 Days Guaranteed (1 business day processing plus 2-6 days for delivery) *
  • Urgent: 4 Days Guaranteed (1 business day processing, 2-3 days for delivery) *
  • Urgent: 3 Days Guaranteed (2 business day processing, 1 day for delivery) *

* For orders placed before 10.00am GMT Monday to Friday (except holidays)

Does order processing include weekends?
No, order processing pertains to business days only (Monday through Friday).
Which countries, other than the Great Britain, do you ship to?
Unfortunately, at this time we only ship within Great Britain.
